on the plus side this callus is underneath my middle finger on both hands which never got affected before and the calluses underneath my middle and ring finger still get scraped but never tear now. two more fingers to go before callus immunity arrives

Just some motivation for my fitizens

"one day we're going to die" is the simplest phrase that stuck with me

one day we're gone, get out there and get shit done while you can



bit of arnold to brighten your day(life) up. motivation videos can be tedious at times but i assure you this is worth the watch

The only motivation I have is my little notebook where I write my lifts down. If you lack the mental capacity to JustDoIt Tm, then use a booklet.

It sure as shit helps me

been a while since i was gymming it and im looking just for a simple routine i can do at home [work commitments :(] just to help stay healthy, any loose recommendations?

no im not fat :( slightly underweight about 8.5 stone/54kg 5'8/172cm
normal eating and varied diet and all.. ..
i guess put on some weight bulk up seems like the healthiest

i was a healthy weight a while ago cos i was applying for the military but since then i havent paid attention and just checked my weight the other day and realised id let myself go so id best kick it
