What else were you gonna do? Fight a sweep? Yeah nah sorry, you didn't do it when you had Spas-12's and 500+ rounds, you weren't planning to do it with an MP7. If it was actually about the roleplay you wouldn't be screaming over the people trying to do the event and provide about fucking ammunition and you wouldn't be yelling memes and all this absolutely garbage shit-tier stuff.

It isn't even about the ammo because this shit happened on CW, you just wouldn't have done it if it was a big Dallas-ran thing. Sort yourselves out, evaluate why you bother to engage in roleplay to begin with.

Then right after the firefight you had people yelling about "Hoping the caravan sells ammo!!!" and screaming at the dude who who helped them kidnap this Union scientist and kill his fucking Kill-Team (Y'know, a big deal lol) to give them ammo.

Not get derailed but what was essentially the debrief at the end of the event where people were getting MedRP'd and we were RPing to get info from the CAB was filled with people yelling about wanting their ammo back and flooding the chat - They also did the same while even waiting in the tunnels.

Fact is though regardless of how shit some people were, they all seemed to enjoy it and you've set the stage in a really interesting way!

I'd even go so far as to say it is already far more engaging as to what'll happen and how this'll tie in than Part 1 of Awakening. Rebels have already had a pretty hefty impact and I'm curious as to how this'll factor into the CAB stuff (given its the middle of the elections) and the citizens and such.

I'm aware and I was conscious of that during the event since it is supposed to cater to everybody. It just couldn't be helped though, it's inevitable that you do get people that whine in events like this

I mean everyone was seething, screaming kicking this fucking senator because it was a pro-Union opposition present - and then we got to the boat and people act completely different.

It’s just that there isn’t a maintained tone through out, you just survived capturing someone that people usually don’t get near accomplishing, what cheapened it to make you feel as if doing “wassup ni-“ and shit isn’t out of place?

I don't know the CAB side but they got word from the Slugs about something they want done (not as overt as the City 13 stuff was) which has added a fantastic layer to the elections.

Rebels kidnapped a Senator and slaughtered his Proselyte escort today (event char) and it mostly went well except some utter spastics who cried about ammo in IC, LOOC and threatened to quit if they didn't get more, which is currently what I and several others are so pissed about.
