If Rebels cause an S2K shitfest, it should be up to the Admins to solve it.

Not all CAB need OTA, some do fine with Proselytes.
Having a Rebel-Exclusive Event doesn't allow for any other characters within certain factions to interact with that space, which could develop their character.
With Pripyat, there could be a W.I operation there testing the nearby radiated grounds.
With Bitterlake, there could've been a good few CWU 'mini-events' with them being transported out to the Coasts under heavy monitoring for possible resource extraction, etc.

If you can't think of a purpose they could have on the spot without being in the faction, then they shouldn't be there

ill still remember pripyat for FORT HERO and developing my CP character more in those few days than all of my CP wandering time in D47

i try to wash away the horrible baiting and S2K fests where we were constantly told by CP management not to engage even though we were getting shotcopped left and right

To be honest, all Factions will somehow find a way to get themselves in. Some Factions cannot directly be in the Event, because who would send a CWU or such out in the Field? Although, I do believe that, since LoyalistRP and UnionRP in General is still encouraged to happen, there will be Things going on inside the base, as the Union will still support the active Forces.

In any case, there is no Need to be Angry, or sad that your factions can't Play a Major role, or None at all. I trust the Staff that they are capable of making it fair, and fun for everyone, though!
