The Wiki says Vault 76 is mentioned in Mothership Zeta and in the Prologue of Fallout 4. The vault was also set to open just 20 years after the bombs and war etc.

If it's an online game it needs to not be an MMO

drop in drop out co-op, the friend acts as a companion. Can't talk to people to impact your story but helps with everything else. Just fallout with a friend. That's the only online I'd like, and even then IDK if it would be all that good.
