officer is wearing a m40 overcoat(?) with unmarked reichswehr infantry (white piping) shoulder boards

I believe the infantry are wearing ww1 standard parade uniforms but the red piping would indicate artillery which would clash with the fact that their shoulderboards would indicate infantry.

and the lee enfields are a fat meme. how fat of a meme would just depend on what this is depicting
