FINISHED:

• Proper faction support (cwu/whoever can't see CP/OTA/CAB datafiles anymore)
• Fixed that shitty label
• Added /DatafileAdd, to add an entry to someone their datafile
• Civil Records are now restricted
• No datafiles for zombies/alien filth whatever

L I S T (new are bolded):

• Terminal returns
• Notes will get points too, for CWU. And WI. And whatever.
• License Management panel for CWU.
• Edit BOLs.
• Edit entries.
• Entries won't get deleted, but rather, hidden. To prevent abuse.
• CP's will just get a rename from LP to SC.
• CAB will have the ability to completely classify a datafile.
