i failed all of my A levels, literally U's across the board
the one C i did get i was forced to resit
and then i got a U on it

i just went to a local college, there's no shame in it

its usually far easier anyway

just pissed off with myself because i've been getting As and Bs consistently in politics for the whole 2 years i've been at college, i have literally no idea what went so wrong

i was really confident on this exam too, its just demotivated me completely, feels like i convinced myself i was remotely smart and i am, infact, retard.

Misunderstanding subjects, questions or generally just being out of the loop on something is something that happens to the best of us

I didn't go to university and I am doing more than well for myself. Live on my own across the country, bought a car from 2017 and have a steady 7-15 job which (under normal circumstances i.e pre-corona) would've had me out of the country 9 months a year on business or courses

Good jobs and opportunities are out there, especially if you're technologically gifted. The future is in IT/CIS, so if you have a flair for it try and see if you can score an apprenticeship through someone

Uni isn't everything, and hey, at least you've spared yourself the debt

Try sticking to water and eating some fruit, the natural sugars should help you if you feel tired but also don't want to pour liters of coffee down the hatch

For some reason eating bananas helped me with my sleep problems, don't ask me how or why - a colleague recommended it and it did the trick

i dont drink coffee, i dont consume caffeine
tbf i've had insomnia all my life but that's never been a problem on the pillies before
good diet, lots of carbs, my stomach loves me
constant workouts

I've had a fucked up sleep for years but lately I've been trying to implement a fairly strict sleep schedule. Go to bed and get out of bed at the same time every day. I've been at it for little over a week but I'm gonna say I don't think I've slept that good in a long time fr fr (also feel much fresher when getting out of bed)

Also avoid drinking anything but water before two hours or so before bed time

It might be kinda dumb of me to say "just sleep 4Head" but your getting consistent with when you go to sleep/the routine you do before will make your brain and body go "sleep mode" at the right moment, at least for me (but hey, everyone is different)

unless you think you might have insomnia or some other shit that might be disturbing ur sleep then you should check up with ur doctor obviously

healthy sleep = healthier mind 99% of the time so getting ur 7-9 hours in is needed
