2/3 of these are already being automated, transportation being the most notable one. Seen the film "Logan"? They have these self-driving lorri trucks that haul materials around the country. Fun fact:This was their tackle at realistically portraying the future. What is more, "Transportation" is an overall bad example, as it's an easy-to-automate job on its own. For Christ's sake, we have self-driving google cars, and self-driving busses are next.
As for administration, or customer service - both of them will end up automated. There is so much a person may want to ask regarding his product. Run a survey, put up a frequently asked questions and answers robot-there's your customer service.

And guess what, there's not enough room to fit those unemployed folk into only 3 categories. Or rather, 1?

Well as far as I know (And I haven't looked into Tito that much) Tito was a good leader for the most part but saying he was fully communist is a bit of an overstatement, he allowed private enterprise and the country ran very differently from Marx's ideas. Again, correct me if I'm wrong cause I only go off of what I've heard.

Do you not realize the entire point of automation? The whole point is to eliminate a big PART of the jobs, not all jobs. Over here in the Mentos factory where every single piece of mentos is made almost the entire process is automated. There is only 1 man that cant be replaced by a machine and thats the guy handchecking every few moments if all of the mentos fit in 1 packet and takes out misshapen ones etc. The reset of the jobs would all be in customerservice, administration and transportation. and let me tell you, there are a lot less people on the workfloor now than there would have ever been.
