That game in the picture I believe it's Squad

Not bad, but I still prefer Arma 3 more, I find squad too arcade-ish for the realistic vibes it wants to give.

It's like playing simulation in a Battlefield game, I don't see anything bad in it but I won't feel immersed either.

I might buy Squad though, I might love milsim but I still like my arcades and I was grown playing counter strike

So does any game really

CS is an arcade and you have to use teamwork and comms

Yet again, people don't have to coordinate themselves, there's not a true rank system and only I've seen to follow realism is how it feels and the different roles.

It is realistic-ish I'd say, like Insurgency. It has the vibes and it's indeed harder, you can't go rambo, but it's still not simulation.
