Both are great guns and I own both in .40. I still prefer my P30L both in .40 and 9mm, not as concealable hence the L part (Long slide, about half an inch to an inch longer than the P30), but much better weight balancing and I generally have better accuracy with that over my P22X variants.

i would. im definitely more of a target with a pistol than with a small can of mace, but that entirely depends on the situation. if im hunting/home: firearms. if im in public: non lethal
