CS:GO now F2P, also adding in battle-royale

well I can't say much is different from when I used to play 1.6 back in the day

got into a casual match, somehow got MVP, got accused of hacking, then an actual hacker came and aimbotted everyone

the battle royale mode is pretty fun I guess, takes a lot out of what i hate about other BR games where you'll loot/traverse the map for half an hour then get sniped and die instantly

I tried it and the biggest problem seem to be the skill curves, like if you're just decent at fps you will easily get to top 4 every game

well maybe the fact that you played the game long ago in the first place and that it's been out since 2012 and that the game literally costed 10 euros and then was put on sale multiple times
maybe if this was a 60 dollar game and even then if you played it 6/5/4/3/2/1 years before it became free to play you shouldn't be so salty about it

the real problem to be salty about is making ALL accounts prime now which means even more cheaters and it becoming f2p brings, again, even more cheaters
but i gave up on this shitty game already anyway, valve are never going to take real measures against cheaters

shrug, i won zero solos and three duos, probably since i keep winning these fights with the element of surprise and scoped weapons with backup from my partner
