Corpo ending was horrible
Corpo ending is the ending you take knowing full well you're playing a character who's corpo until the end, sort of like my current build.
Sure, I figure they feel intensely betrayed by the system and by Arasaka, but at the end of the day they knew it was a cut-throat world from the beginning; from the second they entered that life. It rounds back to the Arasaka choice which is unsatisfactory because I, personally, think it was intended for the less-genuine types of characters - like my current one.
Can't really fault them for giving options that tailor to a specific type of character, if nothing else.
That being said;
I felt a little cheated that no matter what you chose, you're going to die - even if is an open ending.
Concur 100%.
It's implied they have six months, but are still looking for a solution. The job you do for Mr. blue eyes in space is supposedly done in order for them to survive. Paraphrasing Mr. Blue eyes 'for slightest chance of surviving'. With the nomads you're going to hit up contacts, though I wouldn't get my hopes up. Then again they did get into Arasaka tower so... Who knows.
I have a theory that - maybe with their DLC plans, which are going to be identical to how they did The Witcher which they themselves admitted - they may offer up free DLC eventually that allows certain endings to be continued, like those you've mentioned. The reason they may do it this way could tie into the very abrupt launch; maybe they didn't have time to finish it, so they opted to leave it to a later DLC so it could be finished properly; if so, I'm glad they did it. Or, they could just be doing it that way to extend the longevity of the game, which is also acceptable in my mind.
The game being the way it is has incentivised me to go back and play a new character, so I see the psychology behind it.
