i like shredding my own cheese. I own a garden and in the summer i plant tomatos and peppers and cilantro and sometimes cucumbers. I have finished fertilizing it just today. I do things my own way, if i could i would make my own cheese but i do not own any milk producing animal

Pre-shredded cheese tastes so god fucking dogshit that I want to rinse my mouth with acid because I can still taste it 4 hours afterwards
I have 3 different graters both in steel frame, plastic frame and stone
I have a variety of cheese both regionally and from Italy, and neighboor countries available for purchase near my local stores

Also by opting for pre-shredded cheese you feed into the disgusting premade food market full of industriallized shit

u are talking about american cheese? I think it is quite nice when making burgers or sandwiches/toasties. It melts better and has a stronger flavour than regular cheese. That is the only time i would opt for it
