In Deus Ex you mainly carred energy bars because it's a quick way to regen your energy.

In this you could have just the effect stretched out over the duration of maybe one hour, as to not encourage people to spam Typhoons 24/7

• Augs won't need a cooldown. There should be nothing that would require it.
• Typhoons aren't invented yet.
• Cyberboost Proenergy Bars will be implemented as food, but they'll just be a good food item, nothing more.

You've gotta be careful.

If this is how it'll work, the price for food may be higher than a lot of guns, since a lot of augs are better than guns, like invisibility, concrete punching, safefalling, etc.

Nah, food will be reasonable, but augments will be expensive. Think of the same sort of price scale to guns in HL2. Takes quite a while to earn the cash to get yourself a regular one. Powerful ones? You're going to need a source of income.
