a very slight amount of left-right positioning would be great, if you want to poke around corners or if you slightly misalign yourself with a window you're trying to climb into

okAY now you can hold ALT and walk straight off a ledge and it's guaranteed to catch you and rappel properly (unless the server is lagging to shit)

You can walk off a ledge backwards or forwards, just not sideways...



ignore the legs, by-product of the hacky way I do the view angles. will fix

A friendly tooltip will tell you if you're able to dismount to a nearby ledge. Example, you climb up somewhere but don't necessarily want to get off at the top of your line. Maybe you found a more suitable spot? DUNNO. If the tooltip isn't there it means you'll plummet to your D O O M if you hold space and cut the line.

my deaths on ww3rp would have been dramatically decreased if grappling had this kind of features when i played
