Dumping character arcs out the window

Completely unbelievable and rushed character transformations that take place over the course of a single episode

Ignoring foreshadowing, themes, and character arcs in favor of "subverting expectations" for pure shock value and being unexpected

Rushing from plot point to plot point without breathers or anything in-between due to the conscious decision of the producers to cut the final seasons short

Character motivations and actions making no sense due to how bad the writers are at everything

The sad thing is most of these arcs would have made sense if they'd have set them up sooner, too.

I wish I could say there was a full build-up, because there's actually been a lot of hints early on (and expectation) she'd go batshit like her family tends to do.

The reality? Shitty pacing. She lost the plot entirely in the span of two episodes.
