how they can make the first seven seasons like that and then collapse on the final one is beyond me. so much jam packed into six episodes, endings that make no sense to the overwhelming development of the characters throughout the season and much of it just seems smashed together for no reason and with no thought.

cersei’s ending was terrible, bran becoming king for some reason, dany turning evil (despite them saying it was hinted at) in a blink of an eye, arya having no motives. ???

I could've watched 80 minutes of tik-tok compilations and probably have a better time.

Happy I watched the whole series, shame it ended on a low but it was still marginally enjoyable.
Gonna grab the books sometime, sounds like I have enough time before the next/last book comes out.
