This was another thing Alex and I talked about last night, funnily enough right after you were arrested.

With so few FTOs (and I’ve offered to have Nathan’s “cousin” come into town as a cop or DA or something, or just take on the task of helping flesh out the SOPs and penal code) there’s going to be a lot of growing pains. Especially since a lot of the legal/cop/constitutional guidelines were very much last minute.

But on that note:

taser recharge time should take a second or two longer than it takes for your char to get up from the floor, or cops should refrain from tasing people while down (im pretty sure it would count as use of excessive force or some shit irl but idk)

It's not a fumble it literally does not get on you, I taze you and your on the ground the handcuffs are still grey, if you get in range of tazer it's basically Joever

Yeah I don't think they intend to stunlock, I've noticed tasing doesn't always allow me to put cuffs on either. I just say my handcuffs are slippery lol

Also you literally cut out the part where I apologized about the stun lock due to the fact that the game mechanic did not allow me to... actually cuff you, if I could tackle you I would I don't like stunlocking either but it's cringe that the only way to handcuff someone is to either them being dead, doing an unspecified animation, or ragdol with taser...
