What brought you to nebulous and what server do you prefer?

Backstory of that retarded weeb
I started playing HL2RP on LP. All though I got banned by some admin... I minchepunched the friends I was playing with at the time. I deinstalled the content found out about WW3RP installed all that. Got trained. Been hooked on the gamemode ever since. Then LP died. I joined Nebulous hoping to god one day someone would bring back WW3RP in the near future as I was only using the forums at the time to stay in touch with the friends I had made since day one on LP. I after that signed up for NCO and Staff at the time. However A lot of good friends stayed with HL2RP the day WW3RP came back or swiftly came back to it after. Which made me less motivated to play. I joined back and left numerous times but for now I feel like sticking as I really like what it has become with 1990 now. Even if I one day decide to take a break from the gamemode. I will always dailly be active on the forums.

Spoiler: I got bored so I wrote a journy through lp and nc

I started back in mid 2015, where I joined ww3rp thinking it was a tdm server. Now, as I am not autistic, I was like "Oh wait, this is actually a roleplay server" and Pressed Coalition because "Coalition of forces must mean america, britain and such" turns out it was the chinease. My first char got banned on medical grounds due to an injury. But I couldn't be arsed to ask the admin after three days to unpk him so I made Stalin Redrun as a TEMP character until it was time, but that char ended up joining the medical via IC application. I had no idea what I was doing, didn't know what a /me was and gave people medical scripts on the field. I was never caught like, but then IC training for medical shit came along and I actually learnt how to roleplay by the leads. Cannot remember the leads name back at the time but it was that "Community Singer" with the anime profile pic hinata someone idk. Then I got engineering, Petroski Redrun, and he got MBgr. and co lead. Became Administraitor on that. Then Lemonpunch died so I moved over to FTRP on Nebulous, became a Cool Operator and did some cool events as like the Frund Tech Operators. Ethnic clense of the city.

Then that died, went back to ww3rp. Didn't like it, rengar got me into hl2rp and now that is where I am now. Playing HL2 RP day in and Day out. All Day every day. CP and UM mainly.

Okay, so, real story; The Dunkels had to be made. I just didn't know it when I originally joined LemonPunch. (They were created in Nebulous, though... it was fate..)

lemonpunch: Now, for lemonpunch is a big, but cool story.

Used to play alot of flood and dark rp, I came from habbo where there was a bit of serious roleplay too which I did from time to time, (was 12 at the time ok), I loved dark rp and when I was searching for serious roleplay servers, my eye spotted hl2rp, joined some server, I still remember what I did there.
I wanted to roleplay as Agent 47 from hitman because I saw my brother play hitman on the xbox and chose the bald playermodel, I even remember my first char desc, it was something cringy like (keep in mind my english was really bad) "What would you like sir, a kill, or a death?"
I know it means the same but this was it.
What I did there is something I remember too, I just started running around, getting beaten up by cps for a reason I didn't know, eventually I got in a store and people started beating me up suddenly.
After that, I kind of stopped for a long time and then joined lemonpunch, I loved it, it was so packed with players and everyone was so serious, I tried to roleplay as best as I could using my limited, really bad english, but I still had lots of fun.
I even remember when I got accepted to CWU back in 2013, on my character named Mike Storm, I joined a lot of loyalist events and had a pretty good time.
Then mid 2013, I started abusing my whitelist alot, like, I know it sounds ridiculous, but I basically bought A SHIT TON of ration coupons and used them all at once till I had around 3000 tokens. I know this seems really mingy, but just remember I was 12 at the time and pretty stupid.
I char transfered a lot of the money to another citizen with ranosh and some other dude, I did that about 5 times.
Then, I was caught, I still remember it, I was doing the standard procedure, using the ration machine a fuck ton of times, I laugh at how stupid it would be, just think of it now, some CWU keeps getting rations at the machine, he'd be dewhitelisted and blacklisted in an instant.
Back on track, so I was getting a lot of rations, then when I got about 10, this scanned popped up, I thought it was just an npc, but it was an actual player, the fucker reported me, to this day I don't know who it was, if you were it please tell me.
Then suddenly, in the chat I see "What the fuck are you doing?" I look at who typed the message and it was fucking @Chester, I started getting stressed and made up some bull shit reason like "I don't know, my brother told me he bought a lot of ration coupons and told me to use them." Chester was literally going to de whitelist me and probably ban me forever, but then, out of nowhere @Shidopie kicked in, server director at the time, he tied me, took all of my tokens and said "Do it again and you'll be de-whitelisted." I couldn't thank him enough for that, because if I'd be banned, I would probably disconnect and never play hl2rp again. What happened after? I was stupid, sure, but smart enough to never do it again and I got back into having a fun time roleplaying. Started sticking around, my english kept getting better, made some friends, applied for cp, lost some friends and made some friends again and got here.

I was burned out, tired of what I felt was unnecessary jerk IC behavior (making an enemy of one of the head researchers because I was critical of research methods used and pointed out that we never gained anything, it just got my men killed, was one example of this.), And I had the sense that RP was structured around a few people's personal power fantasies then the community as a whole.

Anyway, I resigned my command position and took a break from Gmod. I came back, realized that Concordia had started to spontaniously combust, and abandoned ship. I looked on the server list, and figured I'd try something new. So I tried HL2-RP, chose the most popular server, and here I am.

It's worked so far I think. Even if my character has become a Mother Theresa.
