His daughter had immense health problems and it was supposedly associated with her diet, so she started removing stuff from her diet, eventually resulting in meat only and her health problems have gone away.
Jordan Peterson then proceeded to say he wanted to try it for a month and felt better, however he has 0 knowledge of nutrition and it is purely based on the effects he is feeling on himself and the effects he saw in his daughter and he recommends it to no one.

John Peterson has some pretty cool ideas but I disagree with some of his things

I don't think he enables nazis but he seems to attract those kind of people for some reason (at least from what I've seen on the internet, probably the whole vocal minority thing)
